1000Bulbs

I had to return my first order due to my error not paying attention to their detailed speculations and they were prompt with the refund.
I was able to order one or two of the proper item which worked perfectly and my subsequent large order arrived extremely promptly. I am a very satisfied customer!

I think the bulbs are really pretty. They provide the look we were after (not the harshness of LED's) but the last time I bought string bulbs like this, it came with a dozen replacements. This one from 1000 Bulbs didn't include one single extra bulb.

I like the small diameter of this bulb to make changing easier in tight places, such as my stove hood, without losing wattage. I can get a grip on this bulb unlike those with a wider diameter. Thanks 1000Bulbs for carrying this bulb!

Guy on the phone was super nice and easy to work with. The two long bulbs were crushed and destroyed during shipping. Looked like the box had been hit by a machete. Not your fault, need to get the two long bulbs replaced. Thanks.

I have two light fixtures which take a special kind of bulb. I am also committed to changing all of the lights in my house to LED. 1000Bulbs could not supply the bulb that I needed but they offered excellent assistance in the process. No complaints.

I needed some hard to find T5 florescent bulbs. 1000Bulbs had them and at a great price. Shipping was fast and the bulbs were well packed to prevent damage. Also can't beat their warranty of the products.

I purchased new rope lighting for my tray ceilings last year, and was pleased, so when I needed LED flood bulbs for my kitchen and other rooms, I came back tot he folks at 1000Bulbs... they have worked so well in my 8 can lights in my kitchen... i m replacing them all over my house!

I have been ordering from this comapny for about 3 years now only for their Christmas lights, the quality and cost is very good. The customer service is never an issue and I have always appreciated their kind and quick response to emails. My only complaint is the processing time on orders which I feel could be a little quicker other than that I believe it's a great company.

When the fluorescent bulbs in my closet went out, I went to the local Home Depot, thinking that finding replacements would be a snap. Alas, my bulbs had become much harder to find, and I was stuck! I went onto your website and was relieved to find my bulbs available at very reasonable cost. I placed the order, received my bulbs intact in a few days, and was back in business. I'd like to commend Tanya Jahn and the rest of the 1000bulbs team. Not only were my nine bulbs sent out quickly, but when one turned out to be a dud another was sent to me quickly to replace it, no questions asked. Great customer service and I'll be buying from them again.

Have sent 4 emails & phone calls requesting to purchase a prepaid mailing address, no response. If you do not want to sell label, say so- I can accept this and throw it away, but to ignore my request is not acceptable. I as you can see I am not a happy camper.

After trying several other vendors, I finally found exactly what I wanted on 1000Bulbs--2700K M16 spotlights. They were not cheap, but I didn't care. The LED spotlights were perfect for my very expensive artwork displays. Everything was delivered quickly and in perfect condition. This will be my first choice for lighting needs in the future.

I found the same bulbs on other site for a 1/5 of the shipping. I can't see a way for a business like mine to profit from another business that has already taken 75% of mine. I would like to promote more sales in my side, but would require that a wholesaler be more flexible with there shipping, especially when it's only 3.5 hours from where I do business and they do

My C7 light bulbs and strands arrived on time in an appropriately sized box with zero damage. The contents were packaged and protected well, and in very little time I had my new lights up outdoors. I will order again, as the price was much more reasonable than the competition (I will happily screw in bulbs for half the price).

The customer service was very helpful! The website has so many selections and the price is competitive. The only issue I have is that the shipping fee for some inexpensive bulbs are so high that you might as well go elsewhere the bulbs are more expensive and shipping is less or free! Nevertheless, they are nice people to work with!

You carry bulbs that are not available elsewhere. The new LED bulbs are said to cause serious eye disease, so I choose to use traditional incandescent bulbs. Thank you for carrying them. They were packed well and your processing and delivery was fast. Thank you for being there.
