1000Bulbs

The bulb itself is great. The right size. It did arrive in a plastic bag which was surprising for ultimate protection. The killer was that the light given off is what now-a-days is called Daylight (white light). My chandelier is from Austria and was retired before shipping. The bulbs arriving with it are the soft light, which is much more pleasant and mirrors the rest of my home's lighting. There wasn't anything in the description that described the type of light given off by the bulb. Very disappointing!

I was looking for a light fixture that would add brightness to my garage space without requiring that I run wiring to new locations. These lights did exactly that. The angled design casts light further than previous fixture which works especially well in one of my garages that is 24' long. Installation was straightforward. Be sure to purchase bulbs that don't require a ballast. For reference, I installed 2x 6 bulb fixtures in a 23' x 21' garage space (shown in pictures) and 1x 6 bulb fixture in a 11' x 24' space.

I needed some 72" florescent bulbs for my garage I found some on this site and looked at the picture which showed the end and the connector. I needed bulbs with a single connector, the high output bulbs looked like they had a single pin, however if you turn the bulb 90 degrees you can see it is not single pin. They said they would give my money back not shipping or return shipping which is more than the bulbs. I have added a picture from the web site and one I took

1000Bulbs website knowing and admitting with their Sales department manager pointed me to one thing but sent something different. Upon receiving the smaller package without opening it I called them to say the package was too small for what was expected.
I asked them to search the web as I did, they came up with the same, what I wanted but not what was sent. They sent me the correct item with a small discounted price.
The real problem lays with shipping and cost, the shipping cost are higher then need be.
Their admitted error still cost me, the original shipping, the return shipping, and the shipping to get the correct item.
3 days later had to get more fixtures, I went to another supplier who has never charged me shipping.

I ordered these lights through a giftcard promo. Didnt see anywhere to add the code for the giftcards, ordered them on my mobile device... Anyway, emailed support person that I received an email from instantly. I explained to her that I forgot to add the promo code and would like it added. Never received a response from that email, did receive the lights promptly, and havent seen a giftcard... electronic or in the mail. Been three weeks.

I'm installing these bulbs in my work shops & the difference from the old 40 watt 4foot bulb is really amazing. Love being able to see things in the day time with the new LED bulbs. Shipping was fast & I have a total of 75 new bulbs. I have 3 rows of fixtures with separate switches for each row. I recommend the ballast free bulbs, They are not that difficult to install. Thanks for having these T8 bulbs in stock, I love them.

When my kitchen light went out, i bought new florescent bulbs but still didn't work properly. After trying to find a new ballast locally, a sales person suggested 1000 bulbs and even looked it up at his store to find the correct one. When I got home went on line to order product and noticed the note to call with any questions which I did. I sure am glad because I chose the incorrect ballast and your sales person found the correct one and suggested that it was a good time to also upgrade to a more efficient ballast and new bulbs. Sales person was kind, polite, very efficient and extremely helpful! FANTASTIC JOB, the parts worked perfect!
