I ordered 4-pin G24q led bulbs for vertical mount. Product description online describes the bulbs to be universal mount but what I received were bulbs that can only be used for horizontal applications. There was also a discrepancy in terms of lumens. Bottom line - product description online was in error and I received the wrong bulbs. But then I had to pay for shipping the bulbs back to get the refund. So I basically lost $11 on a $55 order. I would keep away from ordering with this company. Not only did they not pay for return shipping but they didn't even offer to find the right bulbs that I needed!

Very disappointed
February 3, 2021

Unfortunately, I was never able to process an order through this company, as every time they found an individual item out of stock, they cancelled my entire order. This happened on two separate occasions, even after they emailed me regarding the single item and asked what I wanted to do, and I replied immediately that they could cancel the individual item, but process the remainder of the order. The next correspondence notified me that the entire order was cancelled, and this was the second time for this same order. Their prices were very good, but unfortunately, I had to go elsewhere to actually order and receive the products. Very frustrating!

Teachers LOVE LED'S
September 19, 2019

Products were packaged snugly and safely. All of the teachers whom exit the school building after dark commented on the extra brightness of the area and the feeling of added security they felt. I have always received excellent service.

I had a problem with a LED flood light I had purchased from 1000 bulbs. It had a five year warranty and went out in the forth year. It was discontinued so it could not be replaced. They refunded my purchase price in full.

Mask reveiw
December 15, 2020

The jury is still out on the blue face masks. I brought my first mask with me to my recycle center where masks are required. I went to put on the mask upon exiting my vehicle and the glue let go on one of the elastic bands and the mask fell down. So I had to hold one side up with my hand as I went about my business. Lesson learned always bring 2 masks!

DOA, No communication
March 14, 2021

I ordered 8 LED bulbs. 1 was Dead on arrival. I filled out the rma form and received no response. I called 3 days later the the agent said it was in the system but takes a while. Been weeks now and still no communication at all.

I have a 20 year old Lite Touch lighting control system. I ordered replacement lamps that I have used for the past several years. 1000Bulbs advertised the replacement bulb as a replacement but it didn't have the same attributes. The new bulbs would not shut off.

The bulbs were great except for one (1) thing. My home was built in 06. The recessed light fixtures were deeper than today's standard models. The bulbs I received from you were too short to screw into the sockets. Therefore, I had to purchase extenders. They weren't cheap and it cost me even more money.

Service was excellent. I still have not received any of my amazon gift cards( several hundred dollars). When I inquired about the gift cards I was asked to find all my order numbers so that 1000bulbs could look it up. I have an account and the rep for 1000bulbs should be able to look it up! Why do I have to do all of the research for something that they owe me? Ridiculous!

Great Customer Service

When I bought my track lights I had many questions. I was so happy when I called the number that a person picked up the phone with very little hold time. She was knowledgeable and answered all my questions. The delivery was very fast and free. I plan to use 1000Bulbs for all my future needs.

I was so happy I finally found the bulb for my tart burner and its going to last along time too. Unfortunately for me I got the wrong one for my other tart burner. But its okay cause I am sure I will use them sometime down the road. Thanks

Not Happy
July 11, 2020

I ordered a smoke detector ($12.03) and received packages with that and over $250 worth of lighting equipment. Unfortunately, I did not discover the error until I got the packages. Kristin, a customer service rep informed me that I had to pay for the shipping to receive a refund. It cost me over $100 to ship the packages back to 1000 bulbs. I got the refund, but at a significant cost to me.

I'm slowly swapping out tubes in an old commercial building full of mismatched florescent fixtures. I'm pleased with these LEDs, both in light quality and lumins. I was surprised that a number of these fixture's sockets could not be adapted to be single end so I had to buy sockets. But even so, the price was slightly below local store prices. Need to buy my next batch. Simple rewiring but tedious.

Bogus warranty!
May 26, 2021

Just wanted all of you to know when you see a warranty on a product from this place, let's say a 5 year on an LED fixture, when said fixture goes bad they want to give you a prorated pay out! Bull$#*!! What that means is you won't be able to replace that fixture without money out of your pocket. Find another place to get fixtures if you want to keep your profits from jobs!

Not happy with 1000 bulbs

Initial order was placed and paid for. I was lied to twice about my order being picked when it was not. I was told it was ready for shipping which was extremely late. Called several times and got several different answers. They then pulled my order to complete another order after it was picked and ready to ship. Then after all that they mentioned they do not have what I ordered and paid for in stock. They had to supplement my order with shorter lights. Then reached back out and said they didn't have enough to complete my order with that. I told them to immediately send what they have and I'll find the rest somewhere else. I was never offered a discount not that I was looking for one but nothing was done to alleviate my frustration. I will not buy from them again. Customer service was nice except for the different versions I got.

Bulbs don't last long
October 28, 2019

I bought all new bulbs for my home and the ones that are the Sylvania ******* -80 which I have in my kitchen ceiling area do not last anywhere near the 1500 hours that they are quoted to. This is very disappointing as I need 8 bulbs for the kitchen area. Clandestine lighting is the only lighting that I know of that won't harm the eyes of which I have to be very careful of. All the other bulbs work great and I have not needed to replace any of them. So either the price has to be lowered ($5.77 a pc) for these bulbs or I will need to find another supplier. Sad but true.
P.S. Tried to get a photo put in the below area but it will only take the photo if it is 300 x 300 pixels and I am unable to make that happen, unfortunately.

I had a hard time finding replacement bulbs for my ceiling fan because they aren't a standard size. I found them at 1000 bulbs and they delivered them fast. The customer service is very helpful and courteous. Prices are fair.

1000 bulbs is a great resource for contactors, they pretty much carry the majority of the larger brands, they also have a great sales team that are tied into your account so they are your personal contact agents who will work with you on all your projects.

I decided to replace the old, incandescent bulbs in my 1981 Hunter 30 sailboat. The old bulbs were working, but they drew far more current from the boat's batteries than LEDs did. Although my boat is in winter storage now, I plan to install the LEDs prior to launching it next May.
