I ordered 4 each of the PLT F8T5/Black Light Blue in two separate orders, some 3 weeks apart. All four bulbs arrived broken internally. You can hear small parts moving inside the bulbs.
I also bought 2 each of the Hikari in one order. These were good.
Repeated phone calls and e-mails only answered if I wanted to confirm an order. I had questions; e.g. We're tax-exempt and she never confirmed she got my IRS letter even though I asked; she never set-up the credit for the tax that was charged, even though I asked if she could do that.
I only gave a three stars because the product I ordered was not available and discontinued yet it was still on the website. I did get an email the next day stating that it was not available which was very prompt.
These bulbs were hard to find and OH! What a find. I installed them in the basement hallway which has no windows and no natural light. The bulbs produce a bright even light. This is not a glaring light, just bright and cheery.
My purchase included a $50 visa card which I have not received. My original purchase was well over the amount required but was shipped in two separate shipments. Was this done so each of my shipments was less than the amount required for the card?
Contacted the company as I had a problem with the bulbs they sent. Talked with Savannah in customer service and she had no problem resolving the matter. Matter of fact, she sent out new bulbs in a matter of two days. Thanks, will be sure to order from 1000 Bulbs again. Thanks again Savannah
When the lights in my kitchen burned, I was shocked to find that the fixture took 8-foot bulbs, which I couldn't find locally. Thank goodness for this website. I bought 15 bulbs to be prepared for the future, and they arrived well-packaged in excellent condition. I will definitely use this provider again.
I ordered an 8" x 25' Duct on line. They did not send me an email confirmation. I called and they said the order was not in their system. I was going to reorder when they emailed me and said they found my order and gave me an order number and a tracking number.
I tracked the order for 3 days and it appeared it never left their place. I emailed them and they confirmed it had not left their place. I asked for a shipping up grade as they had failed to ship on time, which I thought was a reasonable request. They said no. After screw up the order twice: Not acknowledging they received the order & Failure to ship I would have thought they would have done something.
All of the local stores didn't have the bulb I needed. I went on line found 1000 bulbs. I made a phone call yes, they knew what I needed. 7 days later, I had my lights working. Thank you for the GREAT SERVICE...
Not 1000 Bulbs fault but i do see a difference in the quality of the glass versus the same 10years older original bulb. The old bulb has much clearer, perfect glass where as the new one has what appears to be "webbing" in the glass. Performance is the same just not sure if these will burst due to hairline fractures in the glass. Only time will tell.
The customer service is horrible, they didn't ship ither of my orders on same day as the website claims they do. Infact it took the first order 4 days and I had to call to get them to ship it.
The second order again they didn't ship then they sold out of products that I had ordered days prior.
When we tried to re work the Second order they canceled first order but still have not released the hold to my money, 5 days and counting, do not do business with this company because they do not care at all about your business
Spoke to Jessica several times regarding the delay receiving my bulbs. The delay was wholey the fault of Fedex! Jessica was very helpful in getting them to me after Fedex screwed around for several days making excuses. Thanks Jessica! I would highly recommend this company for your bulb requirements!
I have always been satisfied with my purchases from 1000Bulbs.com. The customer service has always been good with any issues that I have ever had. I have been doing business with this company for almost 10 years. I am a satisfied customer.
Product does work and does fit application and does use much less electrical current than the former 1157 bulbs. But the LED version's "brighter circuit" is much less bright than the original 1157, so the brake light and turn signal functions are not very visible.
The products were as advertised and of good quality however two items were backordered and I was not informed of this. I had to reschedule my electrician when the shipment came in without those two items. I had to call 1000bulbs to find out they were backordered they did not call me. So instead of getting my installation before Christmas now it will be in January.
The web site was easy to find, easy to use and place order. The order was filled and promptly and correctly delivered. Extremely satisfied. The bulbs are perfect and my back deck looks light and gorgeous again, thanks!

They said they had accidentally shipped them to a different company and would send another box asap. After a week of waiting, I called and they forgot to order them. In the meantime, I received a ballast that I did not even order. They told me to throw it away and that my bulbs were on their way. We shall see...
I ordered a blacklight tape light with power cord and extender for a shelf display. Small and discreet but easy to set up and very powerful glow. I need to get a few more strips to extend. They worked great and came quickly.
I called and spoke with the account manager and ordered all the bulbs and ballasts needed for the organization that I work for and I was impressed with the knowledge of what I needed, the great low prices, the service, and the fast delivery.

I buy all of my LED's from 1000bulbs.com. I love dealing with my rep Diana. She does a GREAT job. I have been able to purchase enough to relamp 98% of our campus so far. Just received another 375 T8's two weeks ago.
Hardwiring them in is the only way to go.
Answer: I don't know about everything else but a T9 12" circular light bulbs delivery fee was $18. The light only cost $5. Got it at Walmart for $7.
Answer: I didn't due to an $18 shipping charge on a $5 bulb. Then they pulled my review down which only stated fact. Not a reputable business in my mind.
