The ineptness of the staff cost my company a project. I ordered samples to show my client and 2 weeks went by before I called them back. At that time, they told me new barriers for shipping that precluded me from receiving the samples I needed. I had to call in to find this out. To the person I was working with Meghan), it was no big deal and she was not really concerned. She also wasn't properly trained and seemed lacking in any knowledge of company systems. A very poor experience. I purchased a bunch of light bulbs 2 months ago and they have still yet to come. Don't use 1000bulbs... I always have a nightmare with them.

Great way to save money on bulbs. I love the servfce and price of the bulbs I purchased. I could think that shipping would be less especially if you are not a company. Otherwise I think price is good for bulbs.
I am not able to go out to shop because I am in the endangered group when it comes to the Covid-19 virus. Ordering on line is perfect for me. 1000 Bulbs provided the bulbs I needed very quickly. I recommend them highly!
I ordered 1 small bulb for $4.30. The shipping was $16.35. I couldn't cancel the order and called as soon I I could the next morning. I was told it had been shipped 2 hrs earlier (8 am). I asked if I could return it and was told no but they could give a partial refund. I was told they'd credit me $12.01, A few days later I saw they had only credited me $6.82. I won't be ordering from them again!
We went through our 33,000 sq. Ft. Warehouse and converted bad fluorescents to LED. Thanks to the help we got from you guys the job went without a hitch. Next year when we do it again we are planning to be completely converted to LED.

Ordered twice from this company without any problems. The globes came packaged very well and in a timely manner. I was very satisfied with the acrylic globes and the 4" neck orfice fit perfectly. I recommend this company because of the quality of the merchandise, price and speedy delivery.
I needed some SPT-1 cable for making light strings and couldn't find it at my regular supplier. A friend suggested 1000bulbs. I got it there, and at a better price than what I was used to paying. I'll be buying more from 1000bulbs!
I ordered a recessed light fixture. I am not happy with how my current recessed lighting dims. The one I purchased didn't dim to off. It just slightly dimmed so I ordered a different recessed lighting and arranged to return the first. The first light fixture cost $15 plus or minus a few pennies. UPS wants $22 to ship it from Napa, CA. To Mesquite, TX. Of course I'm now stuck with the first fixture. The second fixture is ok but not as good looking as my current lights. It cost $19 plus or minus. Guess I'm stuck with them!
We bought four of the GlobalLux 21 in. Under counter fixtures to replace fixtures with halon bulbs. These are awesome. The halons got so hot and these stay cool. Plus we love the color of the light. Highly recommend this company and these fixtures.
After reading through reviews for an ultra bright light as seen on TV, I decided to look elsewhere. Took a chance and ordered a couple of TCP 1600 Lumens/LED A19-15 bulbs for my garage. I do not park there. The lighting is fantastically bright and the gardenias I dragged in from the yard are delighted at the intensity. As for me, I can now see everything stored there clearly, and I can find the cat. The one in use (the other was a backup, just in case) has been installed for only about 3 weeks and is on for appx 12 hours/day. No problems. Shipping was a shock, but FedEx delivered from Texas to a DC 'burb within 3 days spanning Christmas! Very satisfied!
Exactly as advertised, shipped promptly, but I had sticker shock when I saw the shipping cost (I prefer to know the shipping cost before I decide to order, as on eBay). Also, the review process was annoying and high-handed.
I installed over 60 of the TCP 120V, LED, 50 Watt Equivlent builbs. There was not one failure. The light was even better than the original halogen bulbs.
I installed over 20 of the PCT fixtures. They worked great. I found that the contacts were a little tight but do not fear, they just are stiff to turn and click when in place.
We accidentally ordered the wrong bulbs. After a brief call, we had an RMA# and a new order placed in and received within a few business days. The free Covid masks sent with our order was a welcome addition. Thank You! A+++
I made a mistake ordering the green creative bulbs. I don't care about the brand; I needed green light LED bulbs. After realizing my mistake looked on your web page again and couldn't find the bulbs I need,

But, due to Covid--none are coming out of China.! 000Bulbs was quick, however, to let me know that they were out of stock.

Although your service and material offers are great, I cring when I am told there is a shipping charge. I buy dog/cat food and shipping is free. I buy from many other outlets and shipping is free. I only buy from 1000 bulb if i'm in a hurry. Bottom line, your loosing business from me.
It Works, hurray for the light bulb. The other day I was sitting on the back porch looking out across the yard and lo and behold there it was, I just couldn't believe it, but there it was. To think I almost forgot too.
Asked tech for assistance to convert the bulb I had with options on this website. I was was an option but upon receiving items, the length was not correct. My bulb was 22.5 but received 18.5. Return was OK, BUT I had to pay for shipping and wasn't refunded my original shipping.
