Prices are very reasonable, even when shipping is taken into account. Fast delivery, responsive customer service. They are my go-to place for LED bulbs.

Purchased 10 power cords and only 8 worked. Contacted customer service several times and got no response. Their mistake, I am starting a new business and will find alternate supplier.

Send me the wrong order and wouldn't help get me the right one. I was upset admittedly because I was trying to get a relatively small order of lightbulbs sent in the wrong boobs were sent. I ultimately since the whole box back and they didn't even have the bulbs I originally ordered in stock. Because I requested a refund they weren't interested in getting me the right bulbs. Because of the colors in my kitchen, I needed ten daylight color tubes, and wanted LED's, for over and under cabinet lighting, different lengths. I could NOT find the right lengths, in the same color temperature ANYWHERE, and I looked for weeks - even other countries - but could only find a few here and there, not always the same color temp, and very expensive - until I found 1000Bulbs! They had exactly what I needed - now, the paint, tile, wood and granite look true and beautiful! I am a customer forever! Many thanks 1000bulbs!

I use timers in my home to turn on my outside lighting when the evening comes on. Ever since the lighting industry embraced LEDs I have trouble with all of my outside lighting. LEDs don't pass through the trickle of current my timers need to reliably switch on my lighting. I couldn't find decent quality and affordable incandescent bulbs in the wattages I needed, so I went online and found 1000Bulbs! They have a really good selection of different bulbs, including incandescents. I not only found bulbs that would work, the prices were very reasonable. In addition, I was able to choose bulbs that were made here in the U.S., from a company back on the East Coast! I felt like I hit the lottery. Shipping was fast and everything arrived in perfect condition. I really recommend checking with 1000Bulbs for you lighting supplies.

The website made it slightly unclear as to whether or not there were 4 solar lights - the descroi[topm said
"4pcs." I bought one, planning to have 4 solar lights. I bought 3 more, then a fifth to light a gap in the walkway. While the lights (counting tax and shipping) were expensive, I think the value of solid metal lights is worth it. Also, the lights are extremely bright after a sunny day and even work after a cloudy day. After a sunny day, the lights ran all night in the winter.

The initial order was outstanding. I got everything on time and the quality was right there. My second order was the issue. I ordered two packages of female plugs, two packages of mail plugs and 10 female plugs that splice into the middle of the run. I received two packages of female and the 10 female plugs that splice in. The problem was the paperwork said I received one package of female, one pack age of male and the 10 female that splice in with no backordered items listed. I called and complained and they said they would ship the items first thing on Monday. It wasn't to late on Tuesday that i received a generic email that the items were out of stock. I requested a refund and it was processed. I purchased and received the male plugs from others. When you have the weather and opportunity you want to get your project done. They are a great Company but this time they dropped the ball a few times in a row.
