Each specific item from each specific brand can have a unique size chart. So make sure you are looking at the exact item you want to order and use the size chart for that exact item. Also read the description in case they specify an item runs smaller, etc. As long as you order according to the size chart listed, if it's off when you receive it, zulily will work with you to make it right as they have for me in the past.
Maybe you can find a more post foot surgery friendly pair of shoes to exchange for or wait until you heal and are more able to wear the ones you e mentioned above.
