If i oder can i pick up at the warehouse location?

I'm pretty sure you cannot! The items Zulily offers come from literally everywhere and are received by them at their warehouses at different and varying dates and times. The delivery of your items to you is meant to make it convenient for you to receive your items.

The two reborn dresses i have ordered in xl both run extremely small. is this typical of this brand? the sizing chart said xl was equivalent to 12-14. i usually wear a 12 but both of these fit more like 8.

I'm looking at the silk n flash. wondering if guaranteed to be real brand and not knockoff.

Answer:

I have been purchasing from them for over a year. No knock offs so far all good and quality is great. Delivery is not quick unless you pay but all in all very happy with my purchases. You must check sizes as some are euro and can fit small. I hope I was helpful.

Is the site broken currently? i keep trying to sign in and it keeps returning me to the sign-in pop-up. from my ipad app, when i try to order something, it asks me to sign in and similarly keeps telling me i need to sign in to order...

Answer:

I just went to the site and got in immediately. I went in by clicking on their daily email.

Zulily will let you know when your item(s) have shipped and You can track them to see where they are and when they will Arrive at your home.

7 day ago i placed an order and imediately i cancel an item! i paid with paypal and i never received the refund for the item that i canceled! does anybody know if i should wait more or contact costumer service? thanks

Answer:

It will go towards your next shopping experience. It goes in as a credit, this way all you have to do is look in your account, you'll see your refund there. I actually prefer this method.

This will be the first time i order clothes from zulily and i'm trying to gauge the sizes. i normally wear a medium (12-14) but the sizes on zulily seem to run small. based on the sizing chart, i have to order plus size. i don't want to order something too big. i've never worn plus size.

Answer:

Each specific item from each specific brand can have a unique size chart. So make sure you are looking at the exact item you want to order and use the size chart for that exact item. Also read the description in case they specify an item runs smaller, etc. As long as you order according to the size chart listed, if it's off when you receive it, zulily will work with you to make it right as they have for me in the past.

Why does zulily make it impossible to look at their site? i have a merry-go-round of enter your email then a password, then your email then your password, then your email and so on. never get to shop. why?

Answer:

Have you contacted customer service? That sounds like a technical issue.

Question:

I ordered two pair of shoes from zulily. i recently had foot surgery and have to have shoes that are wide at the toe. even thought these shoes are wide, they do not fit the foot that had the surgery and the straps are very tight over the big toe that has a steel plate in it, causing pain. may i please return them as i can't wear them?

Answer:

Maybe you can find a more post foot surgery friendly pair of shoes to exchange for or wait until you heal and are more able to wear the ones you e mentioned above.
