If you are not waiting for an order re- register with another email and start again. Mind you this could be fate telling you not to bother.

Request to have your login and password sent to you or have it reset.

Good luck. I hope you get good service. Theyre very rude which is probably caused by so many complaints.

Wow! I can't say they were ever helpful to me but, you can try to call and email them both and maybe you will get a response. Good luck!

Email them at service@zulily.com or call them at 888-640-8986. They're open every day, 5 - 8 PT on weekdays, 6 - 6 PT on weekends. They've always been incredibly helpful when I've contacted them.

Look Zulily up online and call them for information on your account. I called them to close my account.
