Returning is so expensive…. And they never pay you back as they say they have not received your order. Of course they do but collecting parcel in China, need to pay customs fees and they do not, so the parcel may come back to you if "you are lucky". Try to get some compensation from them as they offer 15% of the money you paid. If you try, they may end up paying up to 50%…. Try if that works because sending the items back to China does not work.
I never go a response to my return requests. I sent an email to... service@zolucky.com. I was offered a 25% refund and told I would have to ship return to CHINA where it would be inspected to see if I had followed their return specifications. I finally chose to keep and donate. DO NOT BUY FROM ZOLUCKY... SCAMMERS/THIEVES!
THAT IS NOT TRUE --i'm still waiting for an order that was placed on 2/23. I will never order anything from this site again & will advise others not to shop here, as well
I just clicked on the above address from Jules R. A supposedly Zolucky rep. When I go to that site it tells me that this page is not available and does not exist. Surprised? NO
The link come up as error messages... yeah good luck with that return --no response from my request now for a month. This company is a scam and google supports it.
I ordered back on 12/30/20 and just got my package on 1/26/21 and it was not only missing an item, but they sent the boots I ordered in the wrong color and now they won't send me the correct ones. All I can say is good luck with this company and getting any order on time and complete.
I ordered on October 2 ( see my review under L. A.) and they refused to help. I just learned that you can dispute the charges but there's a time limit. The suggestion is that the company is waiting you out until you can't dispute the charges anymore and then there will be nothing you can do about it.
