on 10/14/20Try months? I ordered on October 2,2020 ( see my review under L. A.) and they refused to help. I just learned that you can dispute the charges but there's a time limit. The suggestion is that the company is waiting you out until you can't dispute the charges anymore and then there will be nothing you can do about it. I'll be looking into the Federal Trade Commission today.
Please... everyone that this company has ripped off needs to file a complaint with The Federal Trade Commission... this fraudulent company has to be taken down... we can all do this.

It takes a long time, weeks. Moreover, it does all come piecemeal... I am still waiting for an item and they say is out of order... I do not expect a satisfactory resolution about it either... funnily enough it was the most expensive item in my cart.
I orderd about 10 things and received items bit by bit - some within 7 days, some 8, 9, 15 days
It took over two weeks and it is still not all here
At least 2 weeks, in my case it was several months.
