I felt the same way! Nowhere on the site does it say 30 days until you get your product. Then you can live chat but they avoid the questions that are most important. Then you try to contact then through email and you get blown off that way too. Then I read the reviews here. I didn't think I'd get it anytime soon. My order came in 4 days after purchase! Just got it. I may give them another chance. Hang in there!
