Hi Ernie, sorry for the issues. We do offer a genuinely free service for files up to 100MB. Unfortunately it sounds like either there was a problem with the conversion of the file, or that the link to the converted file had expired (as converted files are only available for download for 24 hours with our free service). Could you send the file and the details to support@zamzar.com and we'll take a look for you? Thanks.

Hi Annette, could you email a couple of the documents to support@zamzar.com and we'll take a look for you? Scanned documents can be problematic, so you may need to use OCR (Optical Character Recognition) software to convert your files, but we'd be happy to take a look. Thanks, the Zamzar team.

The only time i have issues with zamzar is when converting nef to jpg. i know it takes longer than most files but i get frustrated waiting on the email because i don't know if it's still processing or it just didn't work. Hi Darlene, you can convert up to 10 files at a time with our free service. If you sign up for a paid account you can convert more files at once (25-100, depending on the type of account you sign up for). Our accounts start at just $9 per month. Hi Hammand, your converted file will not have any advertisements in it - we don't put any kind of advertising in any converted files.
