Unfortunately it sounds like either there was a problem with the conversion of the file, or that the link to the converted file had expired (as converted files are only available for download for 24 hours with our free service). Hi Darlene, you can convert up to 10 files at a time with our free service. If you sign up for a paid account you can convert more files at once (25-100, depending on the type of account you sign up for). Our accounts start at just $9 per month.
