I got my product delivered earlier than the stipulated time however it is damaged. I didnt order for the broken ones though

I ordered lights and when they hadn't come in way over the alloted time I called and was told they no longer had them. They offered a different light which I declined. Went through hell trying to get my money back for weeks. Had to get American express involved before they finally refunded me. Customer service lied to me several times and was rude.
