Yes, they are a real company, customer service is in Canada, had to call over and over and was hung up on several times before talking to a real person. Return policy is misleading, If I order the wrong part of if I don't like it, I get it, I'll pay the return shipping and restocking fee. But when I received taillights that were "guaranteed to fit" my year, make, and model, and they are wrong then why should I have to pay return shipping and restocking fee? Instant loss of my business. Hope you have a better experience than I did, good luck, I hope you don't have to return anything!

Last month, I had also ordered a pair of tail lights for my car. The company had promised me to deliver the product within the time frame of the ext 5 working days from the date of purchase. The company did not deliver the product within the time frame they had specified at the time of purchase. I decided to call their customer care service. Their custom care service was very professional and polite in their behavior while dealing with me. They satisfied my queries to perfection. Finally I got my product and it was in perfect condition.
