BOUGHT LIGHTS FROM XTRALIGHTS, CAN'T GET A SINGLE PERSON TO ANSWER ONE QUESTION. IS IT A REAL BUSINESS?

Yes they are but service sucks.

Yeah, they'll just give you the runaround in hopes that you'll just forget about it and stop calling. BY FAR, the worst customer service I've ever experienced.

Yes, they are a real company, customer service is in Canada, had to call over and over and was hung up on several times before talking to a real person. Return policy is misleading, If I order the wrong part of if I don't like it, I get it, I'll pay the return shipping and restocking fee. But when I received taillights that were "guaranteed to fit" my year, make, and model, and they are wrong then why should I have to pay return shipping and restocking fee? Instant loss of my business. Hope you have a better experience than I did, good luck, I hope you don't have to return anything!

My experience with this company is vice-a-versa to yours. This company is not that bad. It is an honest company. Let me tell you about my experience in detail. Last month, I had also ordered a pair of tail lights for my car. The company had promised me to deliver the product within the time frame of the ext 5 working days from the date of purchase. The company did not deliver the product within the time frame they had specified at the time of purchase. I decided to call their customer care service. Their custom care service was very professional and polite in their behavior while dealing with me. They satisfied my queries to perfection. Finally I got my product and it was in perfect condition.
