They answered my email after closing my husband's, my daughter's and my account as below; As a reminder, your Wyzant accounts have been terminated, and you are prohibited from accessing our site for Any activity whatsoever. Please know, your accessing our site, or otherwise impersonating or representing Yourself as user of the Site, is, among other things, in direct violation of the Site's Terms, constitutes criminal Activity, infringes on the use of the Wyzant trademarks, and has caused hardship to Wyzant. This letter serves As a notice that Wyzant demands that you immediately cease and desist from using and/or accessing the Site. We are in the process of investigating this matter and should we deem it necessary, we will file appropriate legal Action. Please note further, if litigation were to ensue, Wyzant will seek injunctive relief and to recover actual Damages to Wyzant, statutory damages, treble damages for willful infringement and Wyzant's attorney fees and costs associated with such litigation.
