Why did you drop follow up?

Hi. I followed up with Wyzant a number of times. They refused to let me speak to a supervisor and told me that there was nothing they could say about WHY they shut down my profile. I've never encountered such an unhelpful company (except for Comcast)...

Bc WyzAnt was belligerent in their tact with me and REFUSED to answer my email question as to WHY I was banned. The whole thing was ludicrous, but I wasn't going to allow them the satisfaction of getting away with it. So I went on social media to complain. If u decide 2 use them, I just caution u. Whether or not yr a tutor or need one, the pratfalls await if u sign up. Beware, and take heed in the negative -- but honest and truthful -- reviews.

They answered my email after closing my husband's , my daughter's and my account as below;
As a reminder, your Wyzant accounts have been terminated, and you are prohibited from accessing our site for

as a notice that Wyzant demands that you immediately cease and desist from using and/or accessing the


We are in the process of investigating this matter and should we deem it necessary, we will file appropriate legal
action. Please note further, if litigation were to ensue, Wyzant will seek injunctive relief and to recover actual
damages to Wyzant, statutory damages, treble damages for willful infringement and Wyzant's attorney fees and costs associated with such litigation.
