Always. The platform is riddled with gremlins and badly needs an upgrade. Getting logged off or 'banned' by the moderator (when it's only a temporary glitch) happens to all people, all the time.

If someone reported you as a troll or placed a complaint about you, the moderators may have taken you off. I've had some problems with people who didn't like my review and blocked me from their profile. Thin-skinned.

Even if you're signed-off, go to the bottom of the page in the black area and click on Contact. It will take you to an email box where you can write administration about your issue … they're pretty quick about responding.
