I want to place a order how can i be assured i will get my item intime for christmas?

Answer:

Connie, you cannot be assured that you will receive your item in time for Christmas, or at all for that matter, but as long as I have been studying the logistics of this crappy company they at least generally have a 4-6 week turnaround time in approx. 80% of their transactions. They still suck, so there are NO guarantees. Beware.

I want to know if purchasing rings are good? will they last, not stain, or ruin? and im sorry but for less than 10$? thats too good to be true. eventhou its really amazing to see something gorgeous cost a dollar or more is amazing, but im worried.

Answer:

I wouldn't buy a tube of toothpaste from this site as it would probably make your teeth rot. If it looks to good to be true, then it is. STAY AWAY AND SAVE YOUR MONEY. They send you crap and then never answer your questions. Even if the item is broke they don't answer you.

I shop on wishe all the time. Ando I have always got everything I have ordered. Some time it takes awhile but it tells you the estimated delivery date.

Why don't the wish staff answer these questions?

Answer:

It is unknown why wish will not answer your question, or others, or mine. What I can say is from my personal experience with wish contextlogic is they ignore me every time I contact support by text. And if you check out the survey you shall see answering anything less than a positive rating brings extremely low resolution/response from them. Having my account blocked and restricted because I held wish to their policy on the guaranteed refund policy has left me upset and I intend to address this matter with outside sources. I gave wish contextlogic plenty of time on several occasions to work the matter out with me. I was ignored. I can assume you and others will be ignored as well.

My card was charged for an item i wanted to buy. but it then showed no transaction record and i got no confirmation email, the money was just taken off of my card. how do i fix this?

I am thinking about buying a few things from wish and i've seen tons and tons of wonderful reviews! and i was sold for awhile, but then i kept reading and read a handful of bad reviews, and i don't know what to believe!

Answer:

I bought $11 worth of items and theyre trying to steal $500 out of my account. I had to have my debit card shut down and replaced with a new card
