I took a chance and wish I had not. The pictures looked so great but I got poor quality items that were broken and one item never arrived and all they keep saying is to print the return label and ship it back for a refund. YOU are responsible for the shipping so it costs as much to ship the item back. Every item ships separately. The customer service would not help me at all. I have never posted a negative comment about a company until now.

I have only had one problem with wish but it was my fault for not checking the reviews. As long as you read all reviews on the item and all reviews on the store you should be able to tell of its a good buy or not. Ive even gotten free gift cards from wish just because shipping took longer than normal. Also got refunded for an item that took forever to come and got a free gift card because it took so long and still got to keep the item when it came. All items I've ever gotten have been good items and worth what I paid.

I can't say anything bad about them. I did have a couple of things damaged and lost but wish refunded my paypal no questions asked. I guess with them using hundreds of wholesalers its not always going to be perfect every time. Anyone who thinks they are getting a £300 watch for £3 must be very naive. Its china you are buying from folks! The jewellery I have bought has been superb and would have paid double for the same in Europe. I personally would not buy shoes or clothes simply because the reviews say they are always too small. If you are petite then it might work in your favour but being a size UK 14 I wouldn't risk it. I will order from them again and only use paypal as you are protected. Hope this helps

If you have money to throw away then go ahead and order the things you like but beware, they're not at pictured. My granddaughter ordered 2 of the same kind, small dressers and when they finally arrived they were different sizes and colors. One had a chip on the top. Buy cheap, Get cheap.

WISH is cheap nasty crap. If you want to buy cheap nasty crap then you're in the right place. You are not going to get a $500 item for $3.

One simple answer stick to eBay. WISH was a nightmare.

I posted one of the original reviews and posted then, and now again, read the reviews. People will say if the item looked cheap, or was a small fit, or came damaged etc. I am wary about clothing as they are sized for a small market. I wear a large, sometimes medium, and ordered a xxxl and it just fit. I have bought numerous things and liked the watches, purses etc. As far as customer service, they answer my questions within 24 hours and recently I ordered 3 things and got sent a question on each, asking if I have received it, haven't and want to wait or haven't and want a refund. Actually I had received 2 and requested refund on one. If you request a refund and still get the item, you get to keep it for free. I would always read the description, read the reviews and never buy a super expensive item. $100 would be my max. Hope this helps!

What I would recommend is reading the reviews of the items you want and look for things repeated in various reviews like "item arrived on time/late/early" "smaller than it described" and avoid the items that don't have any reviews or customer photos.
