I have sent numerous emails about being charged twice for my wish order and noone is getting back to me. Is there a phone number I can call to talk to someone?

They do not have a phone # I wrote to them asking they said they dont. They say they are out of CA but they are in China. I ordered a bracelet for a $1 and did get it like a month later and its ok (it was $1 cant expect much) but after reading the comments of people getting scammed I called paypal and my bank to make sure nothing goes thru from Wish or any other company they go by. Would get a ton of automated emails back when I would ask a question and had nothing to do with what I asked.

Try going through the service... tel no is supplied. I once had the same problem but they not only send back my money but also send me a voucher for the trouble.

They recently OVERCHARGED & changed price on products after i have ordered. I have been going around & around with these ppl. They try NOT to understand what you are trying to tell them. They post products from different stores so you have got to be careful about the charges. I WILL NOT BE ORDERING FROM WISH ANYMORE! And I was a very satisfied customer. Reported to FTC.

I have always had their customer support respond immediately to me. Find in notifications where you placed, or they sent your order and one of the options should be contact customer support. If that doesn't work, I am truly sorry as I have never had a problem about getting attention right away. Contact your credit card company or PayPal, however younpaid and they should refund the charge for you. Sorry for your problems. Hope it works out!

Probably not. This place is kind of like Amazon where individuals put up their stock and you can purchase. If you used PayPal you might be able to go through them to get it cancelled or looked into or you may have to call your bank.
