Has anyone ever received and paid for an item they never ordered? I got billed $100 for an item I never ordered and doesn't even show up on my recently viewed history. It's going to cost way to much in shipping to send back

You don't have to send it back just take a screenshot of what you were charged and send it to them with a message saying that you were charged for an item you never purchased and you would like a refund of the full purchase price and never use a person personal debit card always use prepaid then they can never take any more than what you spend hope this helps take care

Not that I have heard of. But somebody could have your billing info and address info so I would report it as fraud though somebody could have mistakenly entered the wrong billing and shipping address... I would worry though go ahead and report t as a fraud and call police if needed don't take it from me though... just advice! I am NOT responsible for any trouble you get into or damage caused to your account!

I've had some minor problems in the past with Wish.com. I ordered lipsticks in a certain color and I've received the wrong color. They let me keep the wrong colors and refunded my money. They will ask you to upload the item as proof. You have to blame some of the sellers too. Wish works similar to Amazon in that it deals with different vendors or sellers. Amazon's sellers are not all honest either. I never thought that I would a get a counterfeit Isaac Mizrahi bag but I did. I thought $36 dollars was very low for one of his bags. I didn't discover the deceit until about 4 months later. I looked at the bag and saw the bag wasn't even leather and Isaac Mizrahi wouldn't be stamped in ink on the bag. There would be a name plate instead and it's too late to get a refund. The point I'm trying to make is if u didn't order it... upload a photo of the item and screenshots u may have including receipts. Someone else may have used your card... put a temporary block on it. Another thing to remember... I wouldn't buy electronics from Wish.com because of the bad reviews I read. I hope my answer has helped u and good luck!

They will refund you and tell you to keep the item.

My experience with "Wish" customer service representatives has been good. They have been responsive to my concerns, however, I don't know how much of what they are saying is factual. So far, it seems as though they are trying to calm the waters with appeasing answers. I noticed that an item that I had been complaining about had all of the sudden been refunded. I didn't ask for a refund. After contacting "Wish" they stated that they refunded the money because it was the right thing to do and that the item was still on its' way and that when I receive it, I can keep it as a token of their apologies for my inconvenience. It has been over a week on an item that was initially late by one month, and still nothing. I hope I am wrong, but I think Santa's Sleigh isn't coming my way. Until I see the item arrive, I will not even consider ordering something again. It would be nice if we knew where the individual stores associated with "Wish" are located. This will make it an easier decision on whether or not I want to order. So far, for me, it appears that everything is coming from China. At the end of the day, there is nothing like doing business with someone in the Good Old U.S.A. On another note, always use Pay Pal. It is the only secure way to ensure that you get your issues resolved.

I've never gotten charged for something I didn't order. Maybe someone else used your card? If you don't see anything in the order history then someone else used your card and associated it with another account because when I order anything it sends me several notifications in regards to, Confirmation of the order, processing of the order and shipping of the order. Then when I receive the item it asks me to Rate my experience. I've had orders that didn't get delivered, or were defective, but each and every time they were more than willing to help and also refunded my money in Full. So nope, never had an issue with them that wasn't resolved amicably. Hope this helps.

Yes this happened to me when I first used Wish and it's the reason I complained on here and to the FTC. Wish did eventually respond and say my information had been stolen by a merchant and they basically just said "oops" and didn't care. They emptied out my bank account on junk that was never even mailed. First thing is to call your bank, tell them it's fraud because it is and they'll get you set up with a new card because your old one is toast now, they should also start working on getting your money back (takes 3-5 days). Then I'd submit a complaint to the FTC for improper handling of your payment information - they're not securing it so chinese merchants are just stealing your card info. It's going to take a lot of people reporting them to ever make it stop.
