Yo, i can't even get a refund for a wig that was NEVER DELIVERED, forget it even arriving. Horrible UK company exploiting cheap chinese labour. Avoid like the plague. Deserve to be shut down!
Use Paula Young. At least they are legit and they have some good ones on sale. The wigs from Wigsis are junk and they don't refund or answer your emails. I had to contact my credit card company to get my money returned.
I SOOOO AGREEEE! They SUCK. They refuse to give you a refund even though they offer 100% satisfaction guarantee 30 days we called on the very date it was received and told them we were not happy with the product it was the wrong colour it had no clips and the actual piece of hair looks like a piece of dead fur!
Go through your credit card company and tell them to dispute the charges because it is not what you ordered and the company you ordered them from is not cooperating. DO NOT LET THEM SCAM YOU INTO SHIPPING THE PRODUCT BACK ON YOUR DIME!
The wig was awful. Returned it with their permission. Got money back then taken away. I want my money back. Can you return it
I have a platinum wig. I ordered a grey/silver and got a platinum wig. It is hand tied and looks good but not the color. 158.00 plus shipping and you can have it. If interested post it and I will send email.
Not new a bunch of Scammers. They will give a refund but expect you to pay shipping and to China which is exactly what happened to me and its $100 to ship to China so in my case its not even worth it really terrible product i hope u have more success then i did be nice to see them to have to get right.
THEY ARE SCAMERS AND WILL OFFER YOU 10%, like $10.00 for a wig you would pay $100.00 for, they say so sorry these were custom made, NOT TRUE. They will not give their mailing address to you to send anything back. The are true crooks. They say it will cost you to much to send back to China, I have ordered from China company's and they gave my refund and return address to mail back the wig, so these people don't tell the truth, By now I must have sent them 65 e-mails, I wish they could be taken off line some how. This wig was suppose to be mixed black and grey, it came the whole front was silver grey 3/4 of the wig was this color and the back was black, I laid it on the bed and my little Yorkshire terrier 4 lbs made her bed on it, this company is cruel. I am SO DONE WITH BUYING FROM CHINA NOW, I will stick to amazon.ca but I will stay away from china products on amazon.ca as well. I am wild about this not getting my refund back, they asked for pictures, and tags on wig, shipping package pictures I did all that and still got nothing, they also tell you to sell it to some one else, this wig no one would even buy it for Halloween.
