I SOOOO AGREEEE! They SUCK. They refuse to give you a refund even though they offer 100% satisfaction guarantee 30 days we called on the very date it was received and told them we were not happy with the product it was the wrong colour it had no clips and the actual piece of hair looks like a piece of dead fur!

Contact PayPal and make a claim against Wigsis. PayPal can limit their use of PayPal service. Hoping they will be out of business soon.
