What do I have to do to get a massage scheduled? I sent in my 'email' request on 8/2, for a massage on 8/18 or 8/19 in the evening, anywhere from 6p to 9p.

I have not heard anything except an email telling me to change my parameters so you can find someone. I already changed my parameters from an in-home massage to an at-spa massage in order to make it easier FOR YOU. I much prefer an at-home massage, which is why I bought the Groupon in the first place (for 4 massages). It's hard enough just getting my first massage.

Will I have to undergo this same rigmarole for each massage I've purchased? I'm seriously tempted to ask for my money back, as this level of service is unacceptable.

I don't appreciate so-called 'professionals' who are incapable of making good on their promises. If I don't get satisfaction in the next couple days on this, I'm asking for a refund. This is ridiculous.

Also, why isn't your phone number listed in the Groupon voucher? Why do I have to waste my time trying to find a phone number for your company so I can find out why I'm being ignored? We have plenty of massage therapists in my city, Portland, Oregon. To have to put up with this complete lack of customer service is appallingly unacceptable. I'm trying to do business with you to MINIMIZE my stress, not add to it.

We appreciate your business, and our last wish is to inconvenience any of our valued clients, as we provide a relaxing service, so want the scheduling to be just as quick, and convenient.

A deep apology if the scheduling of your latest treatment has been longer than anticipated.

Any customer that can not be booked in a reasonable amount of time for any reason, rest assured we have a customer satisfaction guarantee, and so do our partners... we will always refund 100% if not satisfied with an order for any reason.
