Hi Linda, Sorry I was not able to get back to you right away. Yes, you will need to have an account first before you can buy additional websites or apps. I suggest that you contact support@websitebox.com and we can provide you discounted price on the website.

What are the charges for website design assistance per hour? i have no fees from my local association for links to my website but must be up a computer programmer to perform, will we box be able to do this? if so what cost might i anticipate? the ad insinuates there are apps included, are these apps included or just access to them and a charge for downloading?

Hi Gregory, We do not offer custom programming on the website. Generally, your MLS will provide you a link or a code, and our template can easily accommodate that via the Script Code gadget. The apps that we are referring to are apps within the WebsiteBox Control panel, those are what you use to control the settings of your site or how it functions. Those are are not available for download.

I am not sure what you are asking by responsive? Do you mean does the techs you call to ask questions do they answer your questions? Usually they do. A couple of times I have had to re-ask or they said they would find out and I do not hear back from them. I just bug them again, and then I get my answer. Some techs that work there are not so great. But they have one I like, named Ian he is really good. You can ask for him.
