Size charts vary per store because of location (Asia-based stores sometimes have smaller sized items) You can send the link to shopping@wanelo.com and we would be able to provide you with the accurate information.
Hi Carolyn! Thanks for reaching out and I'm very sorry that your order hasn't shipped! I checked on the order confirmation email and it looks like it bounced back to us. One way to avoid this is to be sure the email address associated with your user account is up to date and one you check often. You can do this by accessing your profile in the app or via the website. The offices for Wanelo are located in San Francisco, however the stores that sell on Wanelo are from all over the country. Stores typically take between 3 and 5 business days to process an order before it ships. Either way, I'll be checking on your order to see if there are any issues and reach back out to you here since the email address on file may not work :)
