Size charts vary per store because of location (Asia-based stores sometimes have smaller sized items) You can send the link to shopping@wanelo.com and we would be able to provide you with the accurate information.

Sunflower print spaghetti strap pleated mini dress order number: 36859617 i ordered this for my granddaughters b'day... my payment was taken the very same day but have received no confirming e-mail and seems, according to reviews, that it takes forever to send. what's the problem? info says your main 'office' is san francisco... i'm in sacramento. how long can this take? should i cancel my order?

Hi Carolyn! Thanks for reaching out and I'm very sorry that your order hasn't shipped! I checked on the order confirmation email and it looks like it bounced back to us. One way to avoid this is to be sure the email address associated with your user account is up to date and one you check often. You can do this by accessing your profile in the app or via the website. The offices for Wanelo are located in San Francisco, however the stores that sell on Wanelo are from all over the country. Stores typically take between 3 and 5 business days to process an order before it ships. Either way, I'll be checking on your order to see if there are any issues and reach back out to you here since the email address on file may not work :)

It has been almost a month and i cannot find any information on my order through bling bling. i got a hideous bikini with no address and assume this is supposed to be the bikini i ordered. if this is so, i will go through paypal to dispute this disgusting bikini that is an infant size, wrong color, thick paper like material, falling apart, wrong pattern, wrong everything. waiting to hear from wanelo. i better get some help as this 32. bikini looks like it was 1.00
