A few days ago I used my grandfather's card info. To buy something on here. I bought Grado haedphones and they were 80 dollars. I want to send it back and the return policy says I need to send it back within 14 days. I tried emailing wanelo with the email they offer, but I am still waiting for a respond and when I did get a respond they tell me to do the same thing. I just want to know how I can send this back and get his money back into his account. I need customer service.
Hi Lyric! What email address are you using? Anything to shopping@wanelo.com should be responded to within 48 hours so I'm curious if there is another issue here.
