I have contacted wanelo 7 times in 6 weeks regarding an order that was not received and has a tracking number that does not exist. they have not contacted me back. is there another way, besides email to contact them?

Answer:

Same situation here, I contacted them so many times for not receiving my order, they just email me and said that their working on it but never call me back, now I know this is a rubber site, I wonder why it's called sitejabber.com shame on the person who took the payment out of my bank acc and never send my order to me. I'm just freakin wasting my time on this useless site.

Hi, if you are using your cell phone, click the wanelo app and to see all the things you posted click the little icon with the sun glasses and mustache and the items you saved should pop up. - hope this helps
