I have contacted Wanelo 7 times in 6 weeks regarding an order that was not received and has a tracking number that does not exist. They have not contacted me back. IS there another way, besides email to contact them?

Same situation here, I contacted them so many times for not receiving my order, they just email me and said that their working on it but never call me back, now I know this is a rubber site, I wonder why it's called sitejabber.com shame on the person who took the payment out of my bank acc and never send my order to me. I'm just freakin wasting my time on this useless site.

Since wanelo is a gateway for other sites an not an actual retail site, you would need to figure out how to contact the actual site you purchased from to get in contact with them.

Wanelo doesnt share an actual phone number to contact. I assume its because they dont want to have any responsibility or connection to any wanelo sellers poor repuatation.

As it stands right now wanelo is a site that people often scam others on because of this lack of accountability wanelo has for the sellers reputation.

And given the climate in the workplace, it seems working for wanelo is as sucky of an experience as buying from wanelo can be.

You can try contacting your local post office, i had a similar incident happen to me where i ordered an item from them and it said it was delivered August 11th but wasn't delivered until August 16. Sometimes the delivery dates on Wanello aren't always accurate, i was told if it doesn't arrive on the date said wait 4 to five more days, which i did and it came. But if this isn't your situation contact your local post office and file a claim, and if your tracking number starts with an L that means that it's an international tracking number so you have to be transferred to the individuals that deal with international packages, but if they can't find your package they should refund your money.
