There are Walmart stores in Canada, however not as many as they have here. The Canadian Walmarts ship to their Canadian customers. As far as the U.S. Walmarts, I'm sure they would ship to Mt. Everest if they could and could charge a hefty fee for it.

You need to drop smartag international as a vendor. been waiting on a product since march 15th and walmart.com can only send e-mail to respond. you could not find the original order and suggested i contact smartag international, but i said that it was your vendor and purchased product through walmart.com this issue is still not resolved, smartag sent me a tracking number for dhl that does not exist. what is walmart.com going to do for this customer? No, I've read enough negative reviews of Shipping Pass to be convinced it's a waste of money. I think if you order frequently, they begin using Fedex Smart Post rather than Fedex Ground. Although this doesn't make sense, Walmart doesn't seem to appreciate those of us who place regular online orders for home delivery. I've been placing two online orders a month for essentials like cat food while recuperating from surgery (closest Walmart is a 200 mile drive). Service on each order is deteriorating and watch out for cancelled orders they don't notify you about--you'll have to contact them to get them to refund your money on a cancelled order. Until they improve their distribution, customer service and computer systems, Walmart will never be a threat to Amazon.
