I've been waiting 4 days to get a return authorization for a dress that was too small. The instructions said 24 hours. It's been 4 days. I've sent 3 e-mails and also tried the phone number only to receive a voice recorder. WHAT THE HECK?! I need an RA and get my money back or I'll have no other choice but to leave negative feedback, file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and mail a complaint to the owners. PLEASE HELP ME!
