They sell you tickets before they even know if they have them! You buy them>>>> they wait for someone to sell them>>>> then they maybe give them to you. So yes that might happen.

You'll have to wait until there's only hours to go before you will be able to contact them.

You cant. Obviously. It's a total piece-of-**** company with a non-existent customer service and ridiculous commission rates.

I've bought and sold with them before. Your not buying from them directly, they are a resale site. You just have to wait till the seller gets the ticket and then sends it to you.

You won't see it. I haven't seen where ONE person has received their refund. I sold my tickets back in June and still waiting for refund. Today I found out they are sending my originally purchased tickets to ME. What the h** am I suppose to do with them. THEY told me in June, they sold them. Such an outrage that they could still be in business. Must be Monkey Business. Devastated.

Good luck on that. You can try 866 toll-free number and the recording will tell you the status of your order (give them #) but you won't get a live body.
