You can't track your order because Venus won't give you a tracking number. They must be about the only company in the world who does not provide their customers with a tracking number; the purposes of a tracking number is to let customers take some of the heat off employees, effectively passing on one of their duties to the customers. They will not even inform you of the delivery service that they have used for your purchase; again, so that you cannot track your own purchase. Barcodes/tracking facilities have been put in place for a reason. If a company as large as Venus cannot/will not use these time-saving, customer-service, user-friendly initiatives (designed to make everyone's lives easier) I can only assume that they are part of fraudulent dealing whereby "lost" parcels (like mine) are sent to auctioneers who accept goods that have clear destinations and recipients marked on the outer packaging (but neglect this fact) and then the clothing company declares the items lost after 28 days, so they can legally recoup their alleged losses (double-dipping, if you will). Let's just leave it with this little thought, "Those who have nothing to hide, hide nothing." Why hide a tracking number, Venus, huh? What is it that you have to hide?
