If we decide to accept and later decide that we can't go on their trip can we get 100% of our money back?

Good afternoon Robert, All our vacation packages are different we have promotion package that has a 30 day cancellation time period and that's if the package was bought directly through the website and has paid the retail value... however if your purchasing the package under a promotion offer (discounted) those are none refundable. We can always customize the package to the best of travel needs.
