Trying to use our purchase in 2016 with a 3-year option. Cannot reach agent. How do we use our paid for agreement?

I see you already spoke to an agent on February 5,2018 (yesterday) at 10:59 am. you provided an email address where the package you requested was sent to with new ways to log into our database so you can choose your destination to begin the booking process.
