An item I had purchased had been back ordered and so didn't come with the rest of my order. A year later I have not recieved the item that is now in stock and have tried to cancel it to get my money back. There is no contact information for me to get in touch to sort it out. How do I ask them about my purchase?

They were a nightmare to contact. I just kept e-mailing them and marking it high priority. Eventually I got someone to deal with it. Hence I won't use them again.
