Yes, you are correct. And these people don't do exchanges anyway. No point really, that's the only sort they sell. But they'll sometimes suggest you return them at your own cost - about $60 for shipping. And that's the last you'll ever see or hear of them. It's very sad, and I'm sorry to have to confirm your suspicions, but there are about 300 more people on the SiteJabber pages who lost their money too and just in the last few months, so don't feel too bad about it.

I have received my boots last friday and since then I have been trying to go on the website numerous time to try to exchange but the website is not working. I have ordered size 6 which is supposed to be a 4 UK size but it is not fitting well. The smell is very strong and i have no doubts that they are fake UGG!
