I ordered flowers from your website Christmas Eve day, 12/24/2019. No email, no flowers delivered, you were closed, but charged my card anyway? BEWARE

Agreed. Similar experience happened to me. I am still trying to get my refund of $75.

Beware is right on, Had the exact same problem. Charged my card, no flowers no refund.
