didn't receive virtual currency in facebook in-game offer. Support link says I can't access with this server

I have completed offers on trial pay and never get the credit on my facebook account. It says that the offer is completed and rewarded but nothing shows up in my coin allowance for the game.
Has anyone ever been blocked from the tap research offers on Trial pay? Apparently they took them from me and I have no idea why. They half way payed me for them anyway..
Why dont i ever get payout or compensation when i do send proof of offer completion
