Your Customer Support site is on a redirect loop. This has happened before but usually worked the next time I logged on. Now it simply doesn't want to stop looping. Any suggestions???

I have completed offers on trial pay and never get the credit on my facebook account. It says that the offer is completed and rewarded but nothing shows up in my coin allowance for the game.
Has anyone ever been blocked from the tap research offers on Trial pay? Apparently they took them from me and I have no idea why. They half way payed me for them anyway..

I completed an offer a week ago, got my payment receipt, and have not received my product. Meanwhile, the offer I responded to is no longer available, and I only get automated responses from Trailpay, telling me to be patient. Do I have any recourse?
