I do not know how to use my trialpay certificate. I thought this could be used for e-commerce sites not for just games. Now I am not interested with games what can I do with $20 games certificate?

I have completed offers on trial pay and never get the credit on my facebook account. It says that the offer is completed and rewarded but nothing shows up in my coin allowance for the game.
Has anyone ever been blocked from the tap research offers on Trial pay? Apparently they took them from me and I have no idea why. They half way payed me for them anyway..
