In your website it's mentioned the item will be shipped out within 3 business days, my order is since 25 april and until now the status in under processing. when i contacted the customer service, they mentioned that all my items are available and they will ship it shortly. how can they ship the items if the status is still under processing for 10 days now????? could you kindly expedite the process

Thank you for your inquiry. Very sorry for the long processing time. Total delivery time= processing time+shipping time 1. Processing time: All trendsgal products require a processing time. It is necessary for us to inspect all items one by one prior to shipping. Processing time takes usually 3-7 business days. Specific processing is indicated each item page. Now we also have items that can be shipped with 24H. 2.The shipping time depends on the shipping method you choose when you place the order. I received an order. they sent the wrong the size. the quality is not too good and prices are almost equal as in the canadian market. what i have paid them including tax in canada, i could buy better quality what they have sent me. avoid to buy any items from trendsgal.com or any other like rosegal.com. i believe these two sites belongs with these scams.

I live in new zealand and am looking for a new online shopping website. i have never used trandsgal before but am thinking about it and want to know about the sizing. a few months ago i bought a couple of clothing items of ali express and it was the worst mistake i have ever made. i bought a large in both but because they were in chinese sizing neither items fit me. so i just want to know if this website uses chinese sizing or uk/european?
