in your website it's mentioned the Item will be shipped out within 3 business days, my order is since 25 April and until now the status in under processing. When i contacted the customer service, they mentioned that all my items are available and they will ship it shortly. How can they ship the items if the status is still under processing for 10 days now????? could you kindly expedite the process

Very sorry for the long processing time.

Total delivery time= processing time+shipping time
1. Processing time:
All trendsgal products require a processing time.
It is necessary for us to inspect all items one by one prior to shipping.
Processing time takes usually 3-7 business days. Specific processing is indicated each item page. Now we also have items that can be shipped with 24H.
2.The shipping time depends on the shipping method you choose when you place the order.

I'm curious Remake F. Did your order finally ship? I ordered today but after seeing such terrible reviews I am wondering if I should cancel the order completely?
