Each item you click on will have its own individual size chart for that item, they all very in sizes.the pants charts need to be converted to inches. I use a cm to inches help from google to figure them out. Most of the shirts if you go up 2 sizes they will fit ex: if you wear a size large you be good with a size xxl. Good luck
