Sorry for the late response. But I have to say, I was pretty anxious buying from this site, but, I spent $135 for 32 items and they ALL came in in about 2 weeks! They were all pre-packaged and came just as I expected them. So, I really am confused as to why some people have been complaining about their orders taking so long. But, I've had a great experience with them and will be buying from them again sometime!
I live in California! The shipping varies. My first order took only a week. The second order took 2 weeks and my last order took about 3.5 weeks. I would say 2 weeks at the least and 1 month tops. Everytime I check my tracking numbers for my orders, it always comes from the East coast. Hope this helps!
I did not have to call to track order. Despite not rec'v a confirmation mail, the goods, arrived about two weeks later. Nothing was what it was supposed to be. In fact, it was rather rediculous. Since then, I've done a lot 0f research. All info leads to the same, it's coming from a hack house in China. Incredibly shoddy remakes of the items you see online. I even tried to research how to find the actual garment in the photos. No luck, being that so many carry the exact same photo. I did however, find a site listing the top 10 to purchase from. Light in the Box had rave reviews. But does list the exact same photos as Trendsgal. Who knows, but I can't risk it again.

What Cindy B. Said. Although, some have complained that they don't answer, but they did for me.
Check your email for your order confirmation. You can email them from there. It will take them a couple of days to respond. My order took 7 weeks to arrive. Will NEVER order from them again.
I do not recommend buying from this company you will NOT get your merchandise. Look at all the reviews above you will see way MORE NEGATIVE. I spent $235 and received NONE of my items over 6 months ago.
