Hi there, are there restrictions on times you fly with the offers? or can you choose any time? as i've looked on the airline website and see some journeys are a lot more expensive than others. i don't want to book a flight then realise i have to travel in the evening and miss a day at my destination.

I purchased a travel zoo voucher for st. regis bahia beach. we aren't booked until september but i just read on the voucher not to give the pin # when booking just the voucher number. i am worried i may have also given the pin number, will this cause a problem when checking in? is there a way to verify my voucher before traveling?

Hello Jill, we do advise not to give out your PIN; however, some hotels do required the PIN to enter and secure a reservation. You should have no problem using your voucher at check in as the hotel will be expecting it. If you have any additional concerns, please contact our Customer Service Team at 1-877-665-0000 directly. Hi there. looking to buy a voucher for 4 people at envy steakhouse in vegas for dinner on july 28. i noticed that there is a column next to the destination that says "when" with a date underneath that says june 30. my question is, do you have to buy the voucher before this date? or is this the final date that you can use the voucher? it is not clear. thanks
