It's pointless contacting them by email because they will just say that your email address has not been found and to email them from the address you made the booking from. I have sent them screenshots of the initial booking showing my booking ID and my email and they just repeat the same msg. These guys are crooks and should be in jail. Pieces of sh$$
There is no phone number to call. You are stuck exchanging emails with Indian people, that have a 12-24 hour delay before they get back to you. Please, do yourself a favor and use another agency, you will thank me
