Stay away. They just cheated me out of 861$ Buyer did the ole bait & switch. Now I'm out and this buyer is sporting around a free Louis Vuitton that I worked my butt off for. So angry.

If they product is fake or misrepresented they will refund you fully. If you just don't like something, you will be issued a store credit.

I'm not sure why you are asking for a partial refund. Either the bag is in new condition or it is not. If they carried it once and left a lip liner in it but the bag is in new condition, then you should pay full price. If the bag is marred in any way, return it. I was a buyer who was sent a fake bag, so I have been very diligent in telling people about this company. If you received an authentic new bag in like "new" condition consider yourself lucky!
