I received the resume, It was full of flamboyant words. The only part that made any since was what they copied from my current resume. I let other people in my field look at my resume and the one topresume prepared, they all agreed that the resume topresume prepared looked fake, lies. I am a blue collar worker. My opinion how can some one that does not know the trade that you work in write a resume. I asked for a full refund they said no. The only company I have ever done business with that will not give you a refund is your not happy with there work. Stay away from these people

My husband signed up for your resume services. he has received two emails, and the last one was 4/3/2016 stating they are working with other resumes and trying to find the perfect fit for someone to work on his. based on the reviews, topresume appears to be legitimate, and maybe topresume is just super busy, but the waiting and not hearing anything further is frustrating. when can he expect to get matched up with someone to work on his resume? I had my resume done with them. My resume has been completed and I am very happy with the results. But I did keep on top of them buy sending emails to make sure I got it done in a timely fashion. In the end, everything was good.

Hi Gail, Unfortunately, we are not registered with the BBB. We have 500+ resume writers, each writer takes on a different amount of resumes and each resume requires different things so it may take a writer a shorter or longer period of time for each one they receive. We write thousands of resumes each week.

I paid a single flat fee and got some updates as requested. My last update was close but nor complete since I ran out of my allotted number of days since i was unable to respond on some days. I like what they did with my resume. The final versions are in Microsoft Word so you can update yourself as you need to.

Answer:

No. Use someone local to you. They are based in New York and I am just outside of Toronto. For Canada they are all wrong. Trying to explain the subtleties is a hard one.
