My husband signed up for your resume services. He has received two emails, and the last one was 4/3/2016 stating they are working with other resumes and trying to find the perfect fit for someone to work on his. Based on the reviews, TopResume appears to be legitimate, and maybe TopResume is just super busy, but the waiting and not hearing anything further is frustrating. I had my resume done with them. My resume has been completed and I am very happy with the results. But I did keep on top of them buy sending emails to make sure I got it done in a timely fashion. In the end, everything was good.

Try to get your money refunded as soon as possible. TopResume is a scam - note that they do not post their phone number or address on their website
